Maths Around The World

21st February 2018
Welcome to Maths Around The World, a new incentive to encourage pupils to practise, practise and practise some more their core number skills. In the same way that KS1 pupils learn their phonics, all Rusper pupils will now learn core number facts.
Each half term pupils will work towards a group of age-appropriate objectives eg doubling and halving to 1,000. As they demonstrate confidence in each objective, they will gain a stamp in their maths passport, and move their personal flag to the next country on the journey planned for their year group.
This term Rusper will be travelling around Australasia and Oceania.
Please see the Learning Zone on the website to find out how you can help your children at home.
